Neste contexto, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo investigar ferramentas de simula\u00e7\u00e3o param\u00e9tricas e de c\u00f3digo aberto para analisar as possibilidades e os desafios de uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o integrada, envolvendo as esferas lum\u00ednica, t\u00e9rmica e ac\u00fastica. Para tal, foram desenvolvidos fluxos de trabalho nos plugins Ladybug Tools e Pachyderm Acoustic, aplicados a uma resid\u00eancia unifamiliar, que originaram c\u00f3digos de simula\u00e7\u00e3o para a an\u00e1lise de Autonomia de Luz Natural, Conforto Adaptativo e N\u00edvel de Press\u00e3o Sonora. Os resultados demonstraram a viabilidade e a baixa curva de aprendizado das ferramentas, gerando dados coerentes com a percep\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente real, e revelaram que, embora as diferen\u00e7as no processo de modelagem sejam uma barreira \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o, a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados de entrada surge como uma oportunidade promissora. A principal contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do estudo \u00e9 de natureza metodol\u00f3gica, ao documentar os processos de simula\u00e7\u00e3o e propor caminhos para uma futura an\u00e1lise verdadeiramente
